03 / EXECUTION

Software has to survive
a working day.

My work includes deployment, training, and the recurring decisions that follow. I work directly with owners, senior management, and the people who use these systems on the floor.

SELF-STORAGE / STORAGE LEVERS

From the customer site
to the facility floor.

6operators
140facilities

I built and iterated on the self-storage site and personally trained managers on the manager dashboard, including unit-cleaning workflows.

Weekly
I run revenue management.
Ongoing
I run Google Ads through automated testing and iteration.
Monthly
I review advertising performance and adjust the approach.
Inside the operating platform
INTERNAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL ERP

Different teams.
One operation.

Hundreds of maintenance staff trained on maintenance tools and inventory systems.

Dozens of salespeople trained on the lead system.

I also trained back-office staff on accounting, collections, and reporting tools. I worked directly with the owner and senior management while supporting the teams whose daily work runs through the system.

Adoption is part of the job: explaining the workflow, seeing where people get stuck, and changing the tools.

FIRST PLACE / OPENAI NYC HACKATHON

Astra HQ

My team won first place at OpenAI’s hackathon in New York City with Astra HQ, and we went on to attend OpenAI Dev Day.

What we built
DAILY USE / STAFF DESK

I run my own inbox through it.

The Staff Desk replaced email for me. It pulls the work out of my mail, starts automated work threads on it, and collects calendar invitations in one place.
